Committee for European Affairs decided on 4/5/2012 by resolution No. 211 to discuss the document and appointed the member Ms. Dana Váhalová as rapporteur.

Committee for European Affairs at its 32th meeting on 7/11/2012 by resolution No. 234

1. considers the Proposal for a Council Regulation on the exercise of the right to take collective action within the context of the freedom of establishment and the freedom to provide services COM(2012)130 final the scope of Article 3 contrary to the principle of subsidiarity
2. express an opinion that in case of the Proposal for a Council Regulation on the exercise of the right to take collective action within the context of the freedom of establishment and the freedom to provide services COM(2012)130 final is impossible to express consent without the prior consent of the Chamber of Deputies under § 109 of Act No. 90/1995 Coll. Rules of Procedure of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic when voting in the Council

3. enstrusts its chairman to send this position to the President of the European Commission

4. asks the government to inform on further discussion of this proposal
