Referred for general examination and subsidiarity check to the Committee for Human Rights, Cults, and National Minorities Issues, the Committee for Legal Matters, Discipline, and Immunities, the Committee for Defence, Public Order, and National Security, and the Committee on European Affairs, as of September 4th, 2013.
After the vote in the European Affairs Committee on October 22, 2013, there is a strong possibility for the Chamber to issue a Reasoned Opinion.

12/11/2013 | Notification of the European Commission on the yellow card procedure activation
On November 12th, 2013, the European Commission has notified the activation of the "yellow card" procedure, acknowledging that the threshold laid down in Article 7, paragraph 2 of the Protocol No. 2 to the Treaty of Lisbon was reached, namely 18 votes out of 56.
