The Committee for European Affairs decided on 22/9/2016 by its Resolution No. 312 to deliberate on the documents and appointed the Vicechairman Mr. Igor Jakubčík as rapporteur.

The Committee for European Affairs at its 57th meeting on 3/11/2016 by Resolution No. 320


1. supports the Government’s Framework Position to the Communication from the Commission tp the Europen Parliament and the Council Mid-term rewiewrevision on the multiannual financial framework 2014-2020 An EU budget focused on results, KOM(2016) 603 final, supports the Government’s Framework Position to the Proposal for a Council Regulation amending Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 1311/2013 laying down the multiannual financial framework for the years 2014 – 2020 KOM(2016)604 final.

2. considers as a prioroty EU objectives the ensuring sufficient funds for the management of migration flows, addressing the situation of refugees, reaction to security threats and solving the reasones of the migration.

3. requires to exclude from the scope of this rewiew the pre-allocated national allocation of the multiannual financial framework;

4. takes note of the Communication from the Commission tp the Europen Parliament and the Council Mid-term rewiewrevision on the multiannual financial framework 2014-2020 An EU budget focused on results, KOM(2016) 603 final, takes note of Proposal for a Council Regulation amending Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 1311/2013 laying down the multiannual financial framework for the years 2014 – 2020 KOM(2016)604 final.


5. decides to forward this document for information together with this Resolution and Government’s Framework Position to the Committee on the Budget.
