Designated Committee adopted recommendation to Senate Plenary
The Committe on EU Affairs welcomes the proposal but believes that the aim of proposed measures can be better fulfilled by a directive which should be based on Art. 100 of the Treaty establishing the EC. Moreover, it suggests to consider the reduction of critical tresholds of N-1 indicator and the increase of critical treshold beyond which the Commission may declare a Community Emergency.

Resolution of the Senate ( Plenary )
