The government submitted EU documents 15396/11, 15397/11, 15398/11, 15399/11, 15400/11, 15425/11, 15426/11 to the Chamber of Deputies on 10/20/2011.

Committee for European Affairs decided on 11/16/2011 by resolution No. 151 to discuss the document and appointed the vice chairman Mr. Jaroslav Lobkowicz as rapporteur.

* Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a common organisation of the markers in agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) (Council code 15397/11)

* Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Council Regulation (EC) No73/2009 as regards the application of direct payments to farmers in respect of the year 2013 (Council code 15425/11)

* Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 as regards the regime of the single payment scheme and support to vine-growers (Council code 15426/11)

* Proposal for a Council Regulation determining measures on fixing certain aids and refunds related to the common organisation of the markets in agricultural products

* Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural development (EAFRD)

* Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the financing, management and monitoring of the common agricultural policy

2. approves the government’s framework position to the proposals for a regulations relating to the common agricultural policy for the period 2014 to 2020 (Council Code 15396/11, 15397/11, 15398/11, 15399/11, 15400/11, 15425/11 and 15426/11)

3. asks the government to keep informed on further discussion of this proposal

4. passes on for information the documents together with the resolution and the government's general position to the Committee on Agriculture
