The Committee concluded that the proposal complies with the principle of subsidiarity, and noted on the Government's positions.
The Committee on European Affairs decided that the proposal as relevant will not be deliberated further, however the conclusions of the specialized committee will be taken into account during approval of the Government's position before the Council.
