Referred for general examination and the subsidiarity check to the Committee for legal matters, discipline, and immunities, theCommittee for human rights, cults, and national minorities,and the European affairs Committee, as of February 20, 2012.
On February 23, 2012, the Committee for the information technology requested to the Standing Bureau of the Chamber the approval to examine the proposal. The request ahs been granted.From the subsidiarity point of view, the European affairs Committee concluded that the proposal complies with the principle of subsidiarity in its sitting of April 3rd, 2012.
