Passed on to the Committee on Finance and Monetary Policy. The document has been discussed at its 30th extraordinary meeting of 4 September 2012.

 

And at its 27th meeting of 7 September 2012 the Committee on EU Affairs of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia adopted the following Position:

 

Republic of Slovenia welcomes the proposal for a Directive of the European commission. In the process of adopting the proposal for Directive, Slovenia will represent and defend a position that will allow Slovenian competent authorities conditions for adequate and efficient use of tools for recovery and resolution of credit institutions and investment firms operating in the Republic of Slovenia and the arrangements that will adequately protect financial stability in Slovenia.
