The government submitted EU documents 13857/13 and 13865/13 to the Chamber of Deputies on 9/20/2014.
Committee for European Affairs decided on 1/23/2014 by resolution No. 12 to discuss the documents and appointed the member Mrs. Soňa Marková as rapporteur.
Committee for European Affairs at its 9th meeting on 4/10/2014 by resolution No. 35

1. takes into account the Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on new psychoactive substances (COM(2013) 619 Final) and the Proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Council Framework Decision 2004/757/JHA of 25 October 2004 laying down minimum provisions on the constituent elements of criminal acts and penalties in the field of illicit drug trafficking, as regards the definition of drug (COM(2013) 618 Final)
2. requests the government to keep the Committee informed about the future course of negotiations of this proposal in the EU authorities
3. passes on for information this document together with the resolution and the government's framework position to the Committee on Health Care
