Referred to the Committee on Industry and Trade.

The Committee decided on 2013-12-12 to ask the Government to present its assessment on the application of the principle of subsidiarity in the draft legislative act.

The Committee has concluded that the draft is not in breach of the principle of subsidiarity. However, a disagreeing minority of the Committee have requested the Committee to forward a statement on the matter to the Chamber for consideration. The chamber concluded the draft not to be in breach of the principle of subsidiarity.

The Committee on the Constitution deliberated with the Government on the matter on 2014-04-15.

The Committee on Civil Affairs deliberated with the Government on the matter on 2014-05-13.
