COM(2016)272 - the Foreign and European Union Affairs Committee of the Polish Senate examined the proposal on September 28, 2016 and came to conclusion that the proposal did not breach the subsidiarity principle.
COM(2020)614 -the Committee decided on the matter on December 16, 2020. The Committee found the draft to be in compliance with the principle of subsidiarity.
