Information on parliamentary scrutiny
On 3 November 2020, the committee for Economic Affairs and the committee for Infrastructure, Watermanagement and the Environment decided to scrutinise the proposal and to provide input for a written consultation with the government when the governmental explanatory memorandum has been sent to the Senate.
The governmental explanatory memorandum was sent to the Senate on 20 November 2020.
On 1 December 2020 the committees decided to deliver input for a written consultation with the government and/or the European Commission on 12 January 2021.
On 12 January 2021 the Green Left party delivered input for written consultation.
