(cs) Resolution of the Committee on EU Affairs: 12 May 2010

Designated Committee adopted recommendation to Senate Plenary
The Committee on EU Affairs considers it crucial that the realization of commitments arising from the Action Plan Implementing the Stockholm Programme corresponds in a balanced manner to the priorities resulting from the political agreement of the European Council held in December 2009. It further lists certain areas where reservations towards the envisaged steps remain, mostly in the area of legal migration and further evolution of EU agencies in JHA area.
