Information on parliamentary scrutiny

On 27 October 2020, the committee for Economic Affairs and the committee for Infrastructure, Watermanagement and the Environment decided to scrutinise the proposal and to provide input for a written consultation after the governmental explanatory memorandum has been sent to the Senate.

On 20 November 2020 the explanatory memorandum was sent to the Senate.

On 1 December the committee for Economic Affairs and the committee for Infrastructure, Watermanagement and the Environment decided to provide input for a written consultation with the government and/or the European Commission on 15 December 2020.

On 15 December 2020 the Socialist Party and the Labour Party provided input for a written consultation with the government.

On 18 December 2020 the committee for Economic Affairs and the committee for Infrastructure, Watermanagement and the Environment sent a letter to the government for a written consultation.
