Information on parliamentary scrutiny
On November 10, 2020, an information file was submitted to :
- the Advisory Committee on European Affairs.
On 18 January 2021, the European Commission Work Programme 2021 was explained by the Permanent Representation of Belgium to the EU at the meeting of the Federal Advisory Committee on European Affairs (55 1793/001).
Subsequently, each standing committee of the House designated its priority initiatives from the Work Programme (ECWP2021-BE House-EN).
On 24 March 2021, the Conference of Presidents of the House decided to consider the attached list as a priority for further investigation on their compliance with the principles of subsidiarity and proportionality.
The list will be communicated to the government.
